District 3 Atlanta Councilman Antonio Brown discuss his new resolution to increase police accountability.

Atlanta Councilman Antonio Brown has introduced a resolution to the full body of city council requesting the Atlanta Police Department to enhance their standard operation rules to include a "Duty to Intervene" requirement.
