Realtor Mary Gill talks about Zillow, Open Door and other real estate third parties. Mary shares an online report saying Open Door's biggest competitor is Zillow. Mary also discusses third party "lease to own" programs listed online with a caller.

Mary honestly shares with her listening audience that she does not like lease to purchase programs. Her reasoning is she feels it's a rip off for the buyer. She goes on to say she feels it allows the buyer to think the company has a vested interest in them, but does not think this is the case.
